US Pharmacopeial Convention Inc. (USP) is a global, independent, scientific, nonprofit organization. Its primary mission is to improve global health through public standards and related programs that help ensure the quality, safety, and benefit of medicines and foods.

USP is neither a factory nor a trader. It does not manufacture pharmaceutical products or food ingredients, nor does it engage in the buying and selling of these goods. While USP's standards are globally recognized and utilized by pharmaceutical companies and regulatory bodies in Turkey, USP itself does not operate a manufacturing plant or a trading business within Turkey. Its role is that of a standard-setting authority.

This is a comprehensive compendium of public standards for medicines, dosage forms, drug substances, excipients, medical devices, and dietary supplements. It is published annually and used by manufacturers, researchers, and regulatory bodies in Turkey and around the world.

Pharmacopeial Education and Training

USP offers various educational programs and workshops focused on quality standards, testing methods, and regulatory compliance, which are accessible to professionals in Turkey.
