SADARA Chemical Company is a joint venture established by Saudi Aramco, the world's leading energy and chemicals company, and The Dow Chemical Company, a global materials science company. It operates one of the world's largest integrated chemical complexes, located in Jubail Industrial City II in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

SADARA is a pioneering project that produces a wide range of high-value specialty chemicals and plastics, many of which are being manufactured for the first time in Saudi Arabia. Its diverse product portfolio, including polyols, isocyanates, elastomers, and various specialty chemicals, serves critical industries such as packaging, transportation, infrastructure, and consumer products. SADARA Chemical Company is a factory and a major producer of petrochemicals. It owns and operates a large-scale, integrated manufacturing facility where it transforms raw materials into a vast array of chemical products. It is not primarily a trader of chemicals produced by other entities.
