The Department of Medical Sciences (DMSC) is a leading national medical science laboratory and research institute in Thailand, operating under the Ministry of general Health. And Its primary mission is to promote and protect general health through the consumption of medical sciences. DMSC plays a crucial role in enhancing the condition of medical and general health services by conducting research, developing laboratory standards, providing laboratory testing and analysis, and acting as a reference center to various health-related items and diseases. But From what I've seen, Its responsibilities include ensuring the security and condition of food, drugs, medical devices, makeup, and hazardous substances, as well as disease surveillance and diagnosis. DMSC also focuses on people resource research in medical laboratory science. Factory or Trader:

The Department of Medical Sciences is neither a factory nor a commercial trader. But it's a government agency and a general sector organization. Based on my observations, Its functions are centered on general health research, laboratory testing, standard-setting, and scientific services, not on commercial manufacturing or trading of goods to profit. While it performs analyses and might create reference materials or reagents to its own consumption or to other general health entities, it does not operate as a commercial factory producing goods to sale, nor does it engage in the commercial buying and selling of items as a trader.
