It is one of the largest and most significant petrochemical producers in Iran. The company was established with the goal of producing various petrochemical products to meet domestic demand and for export. Its extensive facilities manufacture a wide range of polymers such as polyethylene and polypropylene, as well as various chemicals including ethylene, propylene, butene-1, butadiene, ethylene oxide, acetic acid, and butanol. SPC plays a crucial role in Iran's chemical industry by converting crude oil and natural gas derivatives into valuable industrial raw materials.
