Incoterms

Incoterms are standardized trade terms published by the ICC that define cost and risk transfer points between buyer and seller (examples: EXW, FOB, CIF).

Chemical buyers often use FOB or CIF for sea freight. Wrong Incoterms shift unexpected freight or insurance costs. Confirm with your forwarder. See our Incoterms resource overview.
