Project Overview

Wanhua Chemical Group Co., Ltd. Nylon 12 Unit Phase I Reconstruction and Expansion Technical Transformation Project is located in the existing plant area in the East District of Wanhua Yantai manufacturing Park, Yantai Chemical manufacturing Park, Yantai City, Shandong Province, with a total investment of 78.68 million yuan.

The construction content of this project is divided into three parts: a new LL granulation unit with a designed maximum production capacity of 18000 tons/year LL solid particles. After completion, the production will be switched with nylon 12 unit according to market demand; The existing CDON unit will be reformed with the same production scale, and the consumption of raw hydrogen will be reduced through the utilization of tail gaseous resources. Nylon 1# and 2# tank farms and loading and unloading stations will be reformed to meet the project standards, the rest of the general auxiliary projects and ecological preservation projects are based on Wanhua Chemical's existing.
