Zibo Junchen New Material Technology has taken its cracker off-stream in Shandong.

A Polymerupdate source in China informed a team member, “The company has halted operations at the cracker to maintenance in mid might 2026. Further details on the duration of the shutdown could not be ascertained.”

Located in Yantai, China, the cracker has an ethylene production capacity of 150,000 mt/year.
