On June 9, Dawn Polymer (002838.SZ) announced that its holding subsidiary, Ningbo SK Synthetic Rubber Co., Ltd., plans to invest a total of 500 million yuan to implement the expansion project with an annual production capacity of 25,000 tons of ethylene propylene rubber.

The project construction period is 2 years, and the construction funds will be raised from the company's own funds or self-raised funds. This expansion aims to increase the production capacity of ethylene propylene rubber, further consolidate the company's position in the sector, and enhance market competitiveness and operating profitability. The investment proposal has been approved by the company's board of directors and, according to relevant rules, does not need to be submitted to the shareholders' general meeting to approval.
