According to monitoring by Business Society, on July 9, the average price spread for LDPE stood at RMB 70.00 per tonne (spread = M10 – M20 = RMB 9,340.00 – RMB 9,270.00).

On that day, the LDPE M10 moving average crossed above the M20, and the spread between the two turned positive, signaling the onset of an upward move in the market.
