The mini factory has 4 production lines with an annual production capacity of 500 tons. It focuses on the production of silicone, silicon-free and wax additives, which will efficiently enhance the supply efficiency and service flexibility of Bike Chemical to Chinese customers.

Prior to the completion of the mini plant, Bike Chemical Guangzhou Laboratory completed a full upgrade in early 2026. The new laboratory is located in South China New Materials Innovation Park, Huangpu District, Guangzhou City. Its area has expanded from 150 square meters to 280 square meters. It is equipped with cutting-edge testing instruments covering leveling, rheology, dispersion, defoaming and other fields. At present, it can support the testing and analysis of aqueous, solvent-based products-based and 100% solid-containing systems. Guangzhou Laboratory and Shanghai Mini Factory have formed a collaborative layout of "methodology research and research service + flexible manufacturing"-the former is rooted in South China, close to downstream coating products and new material customers, and provides consumption technical support and formula verification services; The latter is based in East China and responds to the customized product needs of regional customers with rapid and flexible production. The two places are linked to build a complete localized closed loop from methodology research and research to mass production delivery in the Chinese market.

On the occasion of the opening of the Shanghai Mini Factory, a special journey that began in 1994 also ushered in its 30th anniversary.
