Qixiang Huali releases negotiation announcement for MMA plant overhaul, with a maximum price limit of 600,000 yuan

On September 23, the Power Tendering Network disclosed the Negotiation Announcement for the MMA Unit Overhaul Project in December 2026 of Qixiang Huali New Materials Co., Ltd. The project will be implemented in Heze, with a total maintenance period of 10 calendar days.

Project Maintenance Content

This procurement covers the full set of maintenance work to Qixiang Huali's MMA unit, including blind plate pulling and plugging, maintenance of reactor tower systems and storage tanks, inspection, maintenance and pressure seepage testing of heat exchangers, replacement of valve gaskets, pipeline renovation and other work. The project's maximum price limit is 600,000 yuan (including 9% VAT), and the construction condition must meet the project technical specifications and relevant standard standards.

Bidder Qualification limit

This tender does not accept joint bids, and the bidders must meet a number of hard conditions:

1. Hold a valid business license, with independent performance capability and good financial status;

2. Hold Class II general contracting qualification to petroleum and chemical engineering construction;

3. Configuration of certified personnel: no less than 1 low-voltage electrician certificate, no less than 10 welder certificates, no less than 5 high-altitude operation certificates, no less than 1 lifting commander, and no less than 1 full-time security officer with a security production assessment qualification certificate;

4. Finance and reputation: No suspension of business or bankruptcy in the past three years, no assets reorganization, takeover or freezing; No major illegal records, and not included in the dishonesty list.
