The project purchased polyester resin, fluorocarbon resin, acrylic resin, etc. as raw materials, through grinding, mixing and other processes of production, including coatings and diluents totaling 35200 tons/year, fingerprint-resistant agents, passivators, degreasing agents and other pretreatment chemicals totaling 4800 tons/year.

Compared with the first phase, the expansion project added fingerprint-resistant agents, passivators, degreasing agents and other categories, the first phase includes ink system coatings, showing the enterprise in the pre-coating products and post-processing links of the manufacturing chain extension intention. The two phases total 80000 tons, covering polyester, fluorocarbon, polyurethane, epoxy, acrylic, ink, thinner and various pretreatment chemicals, forming a relatively complete coil coating products material ecology.
