preparation method
  • The hydrocyanic acid method uses hydrocyanic acid as raw material, chlorination of chlorinated cyanogen intermediates, and then catalytic polymerization. This is a two-step method, which has developed rapidly abroad and is currently used in developed countries in the world. This method has three kinds of liquid phase method, pressurized method and atmospheric pressure gas phase method.
  • The sodium cyanide method uses sodium cyanide and chlorine as raw materials to synthesize chlorocyanate, and then through gas phase catalytic polymerization to produce chlorocyanate dipolymer. This is the method adopted domestically.
Use

This product is used in the production of reactive dyes, direct dyes, metal complex dyes, acid dyes and vat dyes or disperse dyes. Pesticide industry is used to produce herbicides (such as simazine, atrazine, diquetone, promicin, etc.), fungicides [2,4,6-triimidazolyl triazine, 2-(o-chloroanilino)-4,6-= chlorotriazine, etc.] and triazine pesticides and insecticides. Its varieties include 2,4,6-ethyleneimine-triazine and 2,4,6 one three two methyl amine group three, etc. The pharmaceutical industry is used for the synthesis of central nervous system inhibitory drugs and hypotensive drugs hydrazine-based triazine, sulfamide-based triazine, etc. Chemical additives industry for the production of fluorescent whitening agents, rubber stabilizers and vulcanization accelerators, UV stabilizers, antioxidants, lubricants and additives, as well as textile auxiliaries cellulose dewatering agent, precipitation fabric and rubber paper processing.
