preparation method

Sodium hypochlorite and sodium hydroxide are mixed into a solution according to a certain proportion, and a mixture of urea and a small amount of potassium permanganate is added while stirring, and the mixture is directly heated to 103~104 ℃ by steam for oxidation reaction. Reaction liquid by distillation, fractional distillation, vacuum concentration of 40% hydrazine, and then by caustic soda dehydration decompression distillation of 80% hydrazine. Or ammonia and sodium hypochlorite as raw materials. 0.1% bone glue was added to ammonia water to inhibit the excessive decomposition of hydrazine. Sodium hypochlorite is added to ammonia water, and the oxidation reaction is carried out under strong stirring at normal pressure or high pressure, and the reaction is continued to generate hydrazine. The reaction solution is distilled to recover ammonia, and then sodium chloride and sodium hydroxide are removed by normal controlled distillation. The evaporation gas is condensed into low-concentration hydrazine, and then fractionated to produce hydrazine hydrate with different concentrations.
