It also mints coins and produces state awards, medals, and insignia. These activities classify it as a manufacturing entity, not a trading company.

The State Production Association "Davlat Belgisi" (State Sign) of Uzbekistan produces or sells the following products:

Banknotes and coins

Passports and other identification documents

Postage stamps and other philatelic products

Excise and special stamps

Securities such as bonds and shares

Educational documents including diplomas and certificates

Other protected printed products like forms, tickets, and labels
