Danisco Singapore, now part of IFF's Nutrition & Biosciences, manufactures and sells a range of food ingredients. These include Food Enzymes, which are utilized for baking, brewing, dairy, and other food applications, such as amylases, proteases, and lipases. They also provide Food Cultures and Probiotics for dairy products like yogurt and cheese, as well as for dietary supplements, encompassing beneficial bacteria strains like Bifidobacterium and Lactobacillus.
