Danisco Singapore is a subsidiary and an integral part of IFF (International Flavors & Fragrances), following IFF's merger with DuPont Nutrition & Biosciences, which had previously acquired Danisco.

It functions primarily as a manufacturing facility and a key research and development center. It is a factory, involved in the production of various food ingredients, including enzymes, probiotics, and other functional solutions for the food and beverage, animal nutrition, and health industries. The Singapore site plays a significant role in IFF's global supply chain and innovation efforts, serving the Asia Pacific market and beyond.

Danisco Singapore, now part of IFF's Nutrition & Biosciences, manufactures and sells a range of food ingredients. These include Food Enzymes, which are utilized for baking, brewing, dairy, and other food applications, such as amylases, proteases, and lipases. They also provide Food Cultures and Probiotics for dairy products like yogurt and cheese, as well as for dietary supplements, encompassing beneficial bacteria strains like Bifidobacterium and Lactobacillus. Emulsifiers, suchcluding monoglycerides and diglycerides, are offered for bakery products, confectionery, and ice cream to improve texture and stability. Stabilizers and Gums, such as hydrocolloids like carrageenan, pectin, and guar gum, are used to thicken, gel, and stabilize a variety of food and beverage products. Additionally, their portfolio includes specialty Sweeteners like xylitol, Protein Solutions for food and beverage applications, and Functional Ingredients such as antimicrobials and antioxidants designed to extend shelf life and maintain product quality.
