Mittal Group company. And In fact HMEL owns and operates a state-of-the-art crude oil refinery located in Bathinda, Punjab, India. Based on my observations, This facility, known as the Guru Gobind Singh Refinery (GGSR), is one of the most modern and complex refineries in India, designed to process diverse crude oils and create a wide range of high-condition petroleum items.
