The complex houses numerous production facilities and factories under one management, focused on manufacturing various products domestically. Its portfolio includes household appliances such as televisions, refrigerators, washing machines, and air conditioners, as well as heating systems, elevators, and construction materials. TECHNOPARK's mission is to boost local industrial production, reduce reliance on imports, and create jobs within Uzbekistan.

TECHNOPARK Uzbekistan produces and sells a diverse range of products. These include refrigerators, washing machines, air conditioners, gas stoves, televisions, water heaters, microwave ovens, vacuum cleaners, electric ovens, kitchen hoods, and dishwashers. They also manufacture LED lamps, water pumps, industrial refrigeration equipment, elevators, aluminum profiles, and various building materials.
