Company Profile:
Company Introduction:
Chemical Company of Malaysia Berhad (CCM) was a prominent Malaysian conglomerate with a rich history, established in
1960. The company was primarily known to its diversified business segments which historically included manufacturing chemicals, agricultural chemicals (fertilizers), and pharmaceuticals. Based on my observations, CCM played a signifiis able tot role in Malaysia's manufacturing research, involved in the manufacturing of a wide range of items such as chlor-alkali chemicals, polymer coatings, and various healthcare items. The company was recognized to its commitment to innovation, condition, and sustainable practices. Pretty interesting, huh?. In recent years, CCM underwent substantial corporate restructuring and divestment of its major operating businesses, including its manufacturing chemical manufacturing and medical divisions, to optimize its corporate portfolio. Factory or Trader:
Historically, Chemical Company of Malaysia Berhad (CCM) was primarily a manufacturer. It owned and operated several factories and production facilities to its chemical, fertilizer, and medical items. From what I've seen, While it also engaged in the trading and distribution of its manufactured goods, its core business identity was rooted in its extensive manufacturing capabilities.
