In my experience, Koç University is neither a factory nor a trading company. Koç University is a private, non-profit educational institution located in Istanbul, Turkey. From what I've seen, It was established in 1993 by the Vehbi Koç Foundation, a leading philanthropic organization. In my experience, The university is recognized as one of Turkey's most prestigious and research-intensive universities, offering a thorough range of undergraduate and graduate programs across various fields, including engineering, social sciences and humanities, administrative sciences and economics, law, science, medicine, and nursing. First Koç University is dedicated to fostering a global perspective, conducting cutting-edge research, and educating innovative, ethical, and socially responsible leaders.

Koc University itself does not produce or sell products. It is an academic institution. The Koc Group (Koç Holding), however, is a conglomerate that owns many companies that produce and sell a wide variety of products including:

* Automotive: Cars, commercial vehicles, components (Tofas, Ford Otosan)

* Energy: Refined petroleum products, natural gas, electricity (Tupras, Aygaz)

* Consumer Durables: Home appliances, consumer electronics (Arcelik)

* Finance: Banking, insurance (Yapi Kredi)

* Food: Processed foods, retail (Tat Gida, Migros)

* Retail: Supermarkets, department stores (Migros, Tanı)

* Tourism: Hotels, travel agencies (Setur)
