Lotte Fine Chemical Company successfully completed the first cross-border import of commercial grade green ammonia. This batch of green ammonia is produced from Envision Group's world's largest integrated production base of green hydrogen and green ammonia in Inner Mongolia, China. Relying on renewable energy such as wind energy and solar energy, it has obtained international sustainable development and carbon certification and South Korea's first-class clean energy certification.

This batch of green ammonia will be used in zero-carbon energy fields such as ship fuel, power plant mixed combustion power generation, green hydrogen storage and transportation. Lotte Fine Chemicals plans to build a diversified supply chain and sales platform with global high-quality enterprises to build Asia's top green ammonia hub.
Zheng Chengyuan, CEO of Lotte Fine Chemicals, said that the transaction is of historic significance and provides a feasible path for responding to the climate crisis and achieving low-carbon energy transformation. Vision Group executives also said that the shipping carries the vision of sustainable development, relying on intelligent technology to develop Gobi clean energy, has opened up a complete commercial green ammonia industry chain.
