This pilot test takes the semi-aromatic polyamide MXD6 as the core product, and realizes the industrialization breakthrough around its polymerization methodology. MXD6 is a special nylon with high strength, high heat resistance, high barrier and excellent dimensional stability. It is broadly utilized in new energy vehicles, aerospace, electrical and electronic, semiconductor packaging and high-end packaging.
Facing the global MXD6 market pattern monopolized by a few international companies to a long time, Heju has independently mastered the key polymerization process of MXD6 through continuous technical research, and has the whole process capability from small-scale, pilot-scale to extensive production. The first phase of this pilot project has a planned production capacity of 3000 tons, and a larger-scale production line layout will be promoted simultaneously.
