Zhongjing Petrochemical takes No.2 PP unit offstream

Zhongjing Petrochemical has shut down its No.2 Polypropylene (PP) unit.

A Polymerupdate source in China informed a team member, “The company has halted operations at the unit in early June 2026 to maintenance. Further details on the duration of the shutdown could not be ascertained.”

Located in Fujian province of China, the No.2 unit has a production capacity of 600,000 mt/year.
