On August 4, 2026, the official website of the Dalian Changxing Island Economic and Technological Development Zone published a notice regarding the general layout plan for the expansion project of Liaoning Airui Xinda Polymer Materials Co., Ltd., which will add an annual production capacity of 10,000 tons of environmentally friendly acrylic resins. The public consultation period is seven working days, ending on August 13, 2026. The project is located within the company’s existing plant site and does not require any additional land acquisition. The total plant area is 10,000 square meters, with the project occupying 2,652 square meters. The plan calls for the construction of one Class A workshop, one Class A warehouse, and one Class C warehouse. The process will employ suspension polymerization, and upon completion, the project will increase the company’s annual output of environmentally friendly acrylic resins by 10,000 tons.
