Recently, Mandeli Coatings Co., Ltd. and the Coatings Branch of the Zhejiang Province Adhesion Technology Association have entered into a comprehensive industry‑level collaboration, with the official establishment of the branch’s training base at Mandeli. Mr. An Jing, Secretary-General of the Coatings Division of the Zhejiang Paint Association, attended the event and officiated the plaque‑presentation ceremony.

The Coatings Division of the Zhejiang Adhesive methodology Association is a highly influential and authoritative sector body within Zhejiang’s coatings sector. It has long served as a vital link between government and companies, a leader in technological innovation, and a key driver of collaborative sector research. The division brings together a substantial number of leading coatings companies and technical experts in the province, focusing on areas such as the formulation of sector standards, the promotion of technological innovation, the cultivation of sector talent, and the enhancement of cross‑sector exchange.

The Coatings Division of the Zhejiang Paint Association has chosen to engage in in-depth collaborative partnerships with Mandeli, owing to Mandeli’s state-of-the-art infrastructure and its deep-rooted sector expertise. Mandeli has established a professional, standardized, and extensive training base to architectural coatings, complete with state-of-the-art hands-on practice facilities, teaching aids, and a complete training system.

As a national high-tech enterprise, Mandeli is equipped with numerous independently operated workstations, featuring clear zoning, fully equipped facilities, and standardized environmental controls. It also integrates a high-precision intelligent color‑matching system, delivering exceptional color accuracy, controllable color variation, and robust stability.

This joint initiative between Mandeli and the Coatings Division of the Zhejiang Coatings Association will establish an open, shared, and professional platform to sector exchange and practical collaboration, fostering technological interoperability, knowledge sharing, and the co‑research of sector standards. By adopting a benchmark‑based collaboration model, we will foster healthy competition within the sector and further standardize the order of research in Zhejiang’s coatings sector.

At present, the architectural coatings sector is experiencing rapid development, and the shortage of skilled, hands-on, and technically proficient professionals continues to widen. Through collaborative efforts, the two parties will break down the barriers between sector‑level theoretical research and frontline practical consumption. Leveraging the resources of their training bases, they will cultivate a larger pool of skilled technical professionals who are well‑versed in both items and processes, thereby addressing the shortage of hands‑on talent in the decorative coatings sector.
