With 100% TPU material! Zellerfeld and OverDose Brands Collaborate to Launch 3D Printed Sports Shoes

3D printing shoe manufacturer Zellerfeld continues to expand its cooperation with well-known people and brands, launched the latest sports shoes. The shoe, called OD Easy PZ, is a post-athletic recovery shoe developed by the new brand OverDose founded by former NBA point guard Baron Davis with Sean O'Shea and Geoff Deas.

The fully 3D-printed sneaker is the first product to be released in OverDose and embodies the brand's philosophy of "from simulation to artificial intelligence"-enabling "rapid experimentation, creator autonomy and direct culture-oriented product creation" by revolutionizing the footwear system ". The shoe makes full consumption of Zellerfeld extrusion 3D printing methodology, with a one-piece structure, futuristic lace-free design, rich texture and light ergonomic structure. In addition, OD Easy PZ shoes implement a customized production mode: customers only need to choose their favorite colors (marshmallow, lemon yellow, black, grape purple, oatmeal), scan their feet with smart phones, and then place an order. The shoe is on sale now and retails to $199.

to those unfamiliar with Zellerfeld, the shoes are made of zellerFOAM, a 100 percent recyclable, washable and odor-resistant TPU material that is manufactured by the company's own 3D printing equipment. Currently, the company operates two 3D printing vegetation: one in Hamburg, Germany, and the other in Austin, Texas. The shoe manufacturer works with designers around the world to bring 3D printed shoes to people's feet. Its greater well-known collaborations include a recent joint venture with Justin Bieber, a range of sneakers with Nike, and a 3D printed Havaianas flip-flop.
