On June 17, dragged down by the continuous surge in upstream sulfur prices, the production costs of fertilizer enterprises increased significantly. The China Phosphate and Compound Fertilizer Industry Association updated the self-discipline guiding price for the guaranteed supply of phosphate ammonium. Compared with the previous benchmark price released on June 11, the prices of all categories of phosphate ammonium were raised by 200 to 400 yuan/ton, with 64% diammonium phosphate (DAP) seeing the highest increase of 400 yuan per ton.

Looking at the publicly announced prices from various regions,

· The arrival price of 64% DAP in North China rose from the previous 4,550 yuan/ton to 4,950 yuan/ton, an increase of 400 yuan per ton;

· The arrival price of 57% DAP in North China increased from 4,300 yuan/ton to 4,500 yuan/ton, a rise of 200 yuan per ton;

· The ex-factory price of 55% powdered monoammonium phosphate (MAP) in Central China rose from 4,200 yuan/ton to 4,450 yuan/ton, an increase of 250 yuan/ton.

· The ex-factory price of 58% powdered MAP in Central China is 4,700 yuan/ton, and the ex-factory price of 60% powdered MAP in Central China is 4,950 yuan/ton.

To stabilize the fertilizer market and ensure a stable supply of agricultural fertilizer, two major sector associations jointly issued a regulatory plan to guaranteed supply and price stability, clarifying sector business norms and opening supervision and reporting channels. The document proposes that phosphate ammonium production companies must organize production and shipment at full capacity to ensure sufficient market supply; circulation companies must carry out sales at fair prices, accelerate the allocation and reserve of fertilizers, and prompt distribute fertilizers to township-level outlets.

Regarding market chaos, the association has clearly drawn regulatory red lines. If companies engage in violations such as hoarding goods, unauthorized price hikes, product tying, signing dual contracts, or vague labeling of contract prices, both market entities and farmers can provide feedback through official channels. The association stated that once all violation clues are verified, the involved companies will be severely punished.

At the same time, the association announced multi-channel reporting methods. to issues related to production companies, call 010-82030820 (accepted on working days); to violation clues regarding circulation companies, call 010-59337916.
