II. Core Construction Content

This project is not a completely new construction, however a targeted adjustment and optimization of the production plan of the existing Phase I project "Annual Output of 40,000 Tons of Electronic Grade Hydrofluoric Acid, 40,000 Tons of Chemically Pure Hydrofluoric Acid, and 45,000 Tons of Etching Solution". The project mainly achieves capacity upgrading through the addition of production equipment and supporting facilities, and the specific construction content includes three major sections.

In terms of chemically pure hydrofluoric acid production equipment, the project will add 4 blenders specifically to the production of chemically pure hydrofluoric acid, planning to support an annual production capacity of 50,000 tons of chemically pure hydrofluoric acid. In terms of etching solution production equipment, 6 mixing tanks will be added to adapt to the etching solution manufacturing process, corresponding to an additional annual production capacity of 15,000 tons of etching solution. At the same time, the project will support the construction of a new Class E Tank Farm II to enhance raw material and product storage supporting facilities and ensure the stable and compliant operation of the production line.

III. Production Capacity Scale after Project Completion

After the completion of this expansion and renovation, the overall production capacity structure of the enterprise will be comprehensively optimized, forming a extensive production pattern. The entire plant will achieve a total production capacity of an annual output of 90,000 tons of chemically pure hydrofluoric acid and 60,000 tons of etching solution.

Among them, the annual production capacity of 90,000 tons of chemically pure hydrofluoric acid will be allocated according to consumption; 50,000 tons of items per year will be utilized to external sales, and the remaining 40,000 tons per year will be utilized as raw materials to self-consumption, supporting the production of the etching solution production line in the plant. This realizes the internal recycling of materials, efficiently improves raw material utilization, reduces production supporting costs, and forms synergistic advantages in the manufacturing chain.
