KİMPUR Successfully Commissioning All RAVAGO Reactors

Kimpur is a leader in the polyurethane industry, and Ravago Petrochemical Inc. has completed the installation of all reactors in its strategic partnership, further strengthening its production infrastructure. Under this collaboration, announced last May, an additional 85,000 tons of capacity was created by the relocation of Ravago's polyurethane machinery park to the Düzce plant in Kimpur. With this investment, Kimpur has taken a major step towards its goal of becoming one of the largest producers in the industry worldwide, with a total production capacity of 280,000 tonnes.

In this way, Kimpur has the infrastructure to flexibly increase production capacity according to customer needs. Kimpur made its first production in January this year using the reactor handed over from Ravago. During this period, the trial production of the sandwich plate system and the refrigerator system was successfully completed. Now, by completing the installation of all reactors, the company has further expanded its infrastructure to support the production of polyester, rigid and flexible polyurethane foam systems and prepolymer groups.
