Shaanxi Yanchang China Coal Yulin Energy and Chemical Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Yu Nenghua") plans to invest in the construction of a 150000-ton/year kettle-type EVA plant project in the reserved space in Jingbian's existing factory area, with a total investment of 3,080.896 million yuan. This major investment decision reflects the company's strategic layout in the field of high-end chemical products.
The project adopts advanced autoclave process technology and has flexible production capacity for multiple products. It can flexibly produce EVA (ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer), EnBA (ethylene-butyl acrylate copolymer), EMAA (ethylene-methacrylic acid copolymer) and LDPE (low density polyethylene) according to market demand. The production capacity of single products is not more than 150000 tons/year, and the total production capacity is designed to be 150000 tons/year. unit load adjustment strategy: the company adopts accurate load reduction operation mode for the existing three sets of units, of which the load of LLDPE unit is adjusted to 89.5, the load of HDPE unit is adjusted to 90%, and the load of LDPE/EVA unit is adjusted to 90%. through this optimized configuration, 82800 tons/year of raw material ethylene can be provided.
Product structure adjustment: The existing polypropylene PP3 plant is fully shifted to the production of homopolymeric products from propylene raw materials, which no longer consumes ethylene resources, thus providing an additional 26500 tons/year of raw material ethylene for the new plant.
Through the above-mentioned internal resource integration, the project can obtain a total of 109300 tons/year of raw material ethylene, which fully meets the production demand of 150000 tons/year EVA unit (105700 tons/year). This integrated raw material supply model not only reduces the cost of raw material procurement, but also ensures the continuity and stability of production.
