The project plans to add 20574 square meters of land, build new aviation board production workshop, post-processing workshop, polymerization building and other supporting facilities, with a total construction area of 25500 square meters and a reasonable building density.

From the perspective of capacity planning, the project will add 2 new aviation PMMA transparent material production lines to form an annual production capacity of 35000 tons of aircraft portholes. According to the investment intensity, the investment per ton of production capacity is about 51400 yuan, which reflects the technology-intensive characteristics and higher equipment requirements of the aviation-grade PMMA production line. The successful approval of the project will not only fill the gap of domestic aviation PMMA high-end production capacity, but also provide an important guarantee for the security of China's aviation material supply chain.
