The nature of the project is newly built. The construction site is located in the Salt Chemical Industry Park of Ningjin Economic Development Zone, Xingtai City, Hebei Province, China. The construction period is 12 months and the total investment is 0.315 billion yuan.

Project scale and product layout

the project adopts a two-line parallel structure, polyether polyol and combined polyether polyol production capacity of 50000 tons/year, a total of 100000 tons/year. The positioning of the two types of products is distinguished: polyether polyol is a standard intermediate, and the combination of polyether polyol is a deep-processed product with catalysts, foaming agents and other additives on this basis, which can be directly used by downstream polyurethane foam manufacturers, with higher added value. The synchronous layout of the combination polyether reflects the strategic intention of the enterprise to extend downstream and lock in the end customer, which helps to improve the bargaining power and reduce the dependence on the single intermediate market.

The main production facilities include polyether and combined polyether production workshop, filling workshop, Class A storage tank area, etc., with a total construction area of 12,079 ㎡, covering an area of about 95 mu. The core equipment covers reaction kettle, mixing kettle, condenser, filter, etc. The labor capacity is 60 people, and the continuous production mode of four shifts and three operations is adopted. The annual operation is 300 days/7200 hours, and the device is close to full capacity operation, which reflects that the enterprise attaches great importance to the utilization rate of production capacity.

Located in Ningjin County Salt Chemical Industry Park, it can rely on the park's supporting raw materials, public works and logistics resources to reduce comprehensive operating costs. It is one of the important chemical industry clusters in North China.
