Construction site: North of Lianyungang Avenue, Ganyu Marine Economic research Zone, Ganyu District, Lianyungang City, Jiangsu Province.
Construction Content: The project rents 4000 square meters of workshop in the olefin new materials manufacturing park. The first phase will build a 1000-ton thermoplastic polyamide elastomer (TPAE) production line, and the second phase will build a 1000-ton thermoplastic polyamide elastomer (TPAE) production line. The two phases will achieve an annual production capacity of 2000 tons of thermoplastic polyamide elastomer (TPAE).
Purchase of 26 sets of reactor, pelletizer, vacuum pump and other equipment, with twelve carbon dibasic acid, twelve carbon diamine, polyether amine/polyether alcohol, modifier (one or greater of decanediamine, sebacic acid, hexamethylene diamine, adipic acid, caprolactam) as raw materials, the process flow is as follows:(1) dodecanedioic acid (sebacic acid/adipic acid), dodecanediamine (decanediamine/hexanediamine/caprolactam) interaction to create nylon prepolymer,(2) nylon prepolymer, polyether amine/polyether alcohol interaction to create thermoplastic polyamide elastomer. The project interaction can be completed in one reactor, in order to enhance efficiency, the project will be two-measure interaction in two reactors, first in the secondary reactor to generate low molecular weight nylon prepolymer, and then in the main reactor and polyether, modifier interaction to generate nylon elastomer.
