Biesterfeld: J? Rgen Rietschle? He takes management of the polymer additives division

Jürgen Rietschle-(Image: Biesterfeld)Jürgen Rietschle-(Image: Biesterfeld) The Biesterfeld Group has appointed Jürgen Rietschle as Business Manager Polymer Additives with effect from August 1, 2026.

Rietschle has been with Biesterfeld since November 2024 and was previously responsible to sales in the division as Head of Sales Polymer Additives. He has many years of experience in strategic business research as well as in international sales. In the course of his professional career, he held various regulation positions with responsibility to central business areas. His main focuses include the expansion of international sales structures, the research of new development possible and the regulation of international teams.

In his new role, Rietschle succeeds Michael Pilz, who is retiring after almost four decades at Biesterfeld. During his career, Pilz took on various positions within the company and significantly shaped the research of the Polymer Additives division.

With the appointment, Biesterfeld is focusing on continuity in the regulation of the division and is pursuing the goal of further expanding its international market position in the Polymer Additives segment.
