The acquired Blanes plant was previously operated prolonged by DOMO Chemicals' Spanish entity, DOMO Polymer Solutions Spain S.L.U. The factory possesses an annual production capacity of 52,000 tons of virgin nylon 6,6, making it a high-condition production base with mature polymerization capabilities in Europe. Meanwhile, this acquisition will continue the manufacturing legacy of the Blanes plant, aiding the upgrade of Europe's new materials circular sector, and will retain approximately 60 jobs at the site, ensuring regional manufacturing and employment stability.
