52.4 billion yuan manufacturing projects open to private enterprises! 17 new chemical material projects recommended by the National Development and Reform Commission

A total of 52 manufacturing projects were promoted this time, covering multiple manufacturing categories such as chemical raw materials and chemical items, non-metallic mineral items, metal items, general-purpose equipment, special-purpose equipment and so on. The total estimated investment of the projects is 52.4 billion yuan, and 15.5 billion yuan of private capital is planned to be introduced. Policies support private companies to participate in project investment, construction and operation in various ways such as sole proprietorship, holding shares and participating in project companies.

In this promotion list, there are 17 chemical raw materials and chemical items manufacturing projects, focusing on fine chemicals, electronic chemicals, new energy materials, ecological preservation resource utilization and other directions. The projects are distributed in multiple provinces and cities across the country. The specific list is as follows:

1. Heilongjiang Province: Annual output 50,000-ton nano-carbon ecological preservation synergistic fertilizer project

2. Songyuan City, Jilin Province: Annual output 1,200-ton acrylonitrile catalyst A/B line construction project

3. Yichun City, Jiangxi Province: Annual output 200-ton cesium tungsten bronze powder project of Ruiyi (Shanghai) New Materials methodology Co., Ltd.

4. Yueyang City, Hunan Province: Integrated discarded materials salt thorough utilization project in Yueyang area

5. Dongfang City, Hainan Province: Downstream new material sector project of styrene in Dongfang City

6. Dongfang City, Hainan Province: Localization project of high-purity electronic-grade chemicals (electronic-grade MMA) in Dongfang City

7. Lanzhou City, Gansu Province: Annual output 6,000-ton nitrogen trifluoride project of Lanzhou Yufu New Materials gaseous Co., Ltd.

8. Qinzhou City, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region: 20,000 tons/year polyphenylene ether PPE project

9. Yichun City, Jiangxi Province: Annual output 20,000-ton functional coating products materials project of Jiangxi Zhuodun New Materials Co., Ltd.

10. Zibo City, Shandong Province: Annual output 28,000-ton super crystal fiber and items industrialization construction project of Shandong Luke New Materials Co., Ltd.

12. Hebi City, Henan Province: Annual output 5,600-ton electronic chemicals and 10,000-ton MMP regeneration and recycling project

13. Tongren City, Guizhou Province: Annual treatment 4kt/a plant extraction alkaloid project of Haomai (Guizhou) Biotechnology Co., Ltd.

14. Jiuquan City, Gansu Province: Annual output 5,000-ton silicon carbon anode precursor material production line project

15. Ningbo City, Zhejiang Province: Annual output 30,000-ton carbon five resin device and 20,000-ton C5 separation co-production new construction project

16. Shanxi Province: Biological raw materials and their derivatives production project using mine pit gaseous

17. Sichuan Province: Annual output 70-ton high-abundance nuclear-grade boron 10-acid, 20-ton boron 11 electronic special gaseous and supporting 80,000-ton sulfuric acid recovery and recycling project
