Rajesh Kamat has been with the company for more than six years, having held positions in sales and marketing and strategy.

Tata Chemicals Limited has been internally restructured with Rajesh Kamat being reassigned from his previous position as Vice President of Sales and Marketing to Head of Strategy and Corporate Projects, while Alok Chandra will lead the sustainability function in addition to his role as Head of Health, security and ecological stability. He was appointed Director of Health, security, ecological stability and Sustainability. Rajesh Kamat has been with the company to greater than six years, having held positions in sales and marketing and strategy. Prior to joining Tata Chemicals, he has over 23 years of experience working at Larsen & Toubro, Tata Strategic regulation Group, Accenture, Britannia Industries Limited and Piramal companies. From what I've seen, Kamat holds a degree in BTech (Chemical Engineering) and has also completed a Postgraduate Diploma in regulation (PGDM)-General regulation. Alok Chandra has been with the Tata Group to greater than 13 years. He has joined Tata Chemicals since April 2022 and is responsible to enterprise-level health, security and ecological stability (HSE), ensuring that the company adheres to the zero-harm philosophy and achieves excellence. Chandra holds a degree in Chemical Engineering and has completed a graduate degree in ecological stability, a graduate diploma in manufacturing security and a graduate diploma in Business Analytics-people Resources.
