Lummus Technology Announces Successful Completion of Acquisition of NAPCON Portfolio, Neste's Digital Technology Business

The transaction was originally announced in April 2025 and included the transfer of Neste's NAPCON intellectual property, some assets and key personnel. In April, Lummus and Neste also signed a strategic cooperation agreement to ensure the continued provision of NAPCON services to Neste and its subsidiaries.
