Wanhua Chemical's Fujian MDI unit resumed output to ease tight global supply slightly amid widespread August maintenance and global MDI price hikes.

Wanhua Chemical reported on July 31, 2026, that its 800,000-tonne/year MDI unit in Fujian, the southeast coast of China, had resumed production following scheduled maintenance.
