Prices in the Henan region remain stable, with ex-factory prices ranging from 1,100 to 1,200 RMB/ton, while ex-factory prices in the Shandong region range from 1,150 to 1,250 RMB/ton. As downstream buyers are primarily purchasing based on immediate needs, the market is expected to continue its consolidation direction in the near term.
Regarding raw materials: SunSirs data indicates a decline in soda ash prices during July. The average market price to light soda ash fell from 1,130 RMB/ton at the beginning of the month to approximately 1,100 RMB/ton by month-end—a decrease of 2.65% to the month and a drop of 15.51% compared to the same period last year.
