The 101-year-old specialty retailer boasts longstanding customer relationships along the U.S. East and West Coasts.

Univar Solutions LLC (“Univar Solutions” or “the Company”), a leading global solution provider to consumers of specialty ingredients and chemicals, today announced that it will provide H.M. Royal has taken over, a highly respected 101-year-old specialty distributor to rubber, plastics and adhesive additives. The acquisition of H.M. Royal strengthens the “Performance Materials” division within the “Ingredients Specialties” division of Univar Solutions, expanding access to specialty items, technical expertise and long-standing customer relationships, particularly on the East and West Coast, where H.M. Royal is strongly represented. The merger will give the clients of H.M. Royal access to Univar Solutions' wider reach, logistics network and digital tools, while continuing to benefit from the technical expertise and trusting relationships that drive the success of H.M. Royal were central.
