This project is invested and constructed by Heilongjiang Jiayirongyuan environmentally friendly Chemical Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Jiaze New Energy. It is located in the chemical park of Jidong Economic research Zone, Jixi City, with a total investment of about 3.557 billion yuan. It is a landmark project of the company's implementation of the "environmentally friendly energy + environmentally friendly chemical fuel" dual main business strategy, and also the core carrier to the enterprise to break into the environmentally friendly fuel and sustainable aviation fuel (SAF) track from the traditional wind power and photovoltaic power generation track. Process Route: Using Agricultural and Forestry discarded materials as Raw Materials to Achieve Cascade Utilization of Components

The project adopts the integrated process of biomass slurry pressurized gasification and cellulose fermentation to create alcohol, using non-grain agricultural and forestry wastes such as corn straw and corn cob as raw materials to realize the cascade utilization of biomass components: lignin components are gasified to synthesize environmentally friendly methanol, cellulose components are fermented to create environmentally friendly ethanol, and ethanol can be further converted into sustainable aviation fuel SAF, so as to "extract every drop" from one straw.

The first phase of the project is designed to have a production capacity of 300,000 tons of environmentally friendly alcohol, including 240,000 tons of environmentally friendly methanol and 80,000 tons of cellulose ethanol. Ethanol items can be further processed to create about 50,000 tons of SAF. The carbon emit of the whole life cycle is greater than 80% reduce than that of traditional fossil fuels, which meets the carbon reduction needs of aviation and shipping fields.

On the raw material side, the project can absorb greater than 1.5 million tons of agricultural and forestry wastes every year, with a raw material radiation radius covering 150 kilometers around. It will convert the regional agricultural by-items that were previously incinerated into high-value low-carbon fuels. At the same time, the project has the ability to operate in an isolated grid. After completion, it is expected to create nearly 500 jobs, drive the landing of the supporting manufacturing chain of biomass collection, storage, transportation and processing, and help the environmentally friendly transformation of the old coal city Jixi's sector and the revitalization of the Northeast region.

Cooperation and Engineering Guarantee: Leading methodology and Engineering Parties to Escort the Project

In terms of technical reserves, Jiaze New Energy has reached a technical cooperation agreement with Honeywell UOP on ethanol to jet fuel (ETJ) to open up the process path to the SAF production line; on the engineering side, China Tianchen, Shanghai Huayi and other engineering service providers have been introduced to participate in EPC, consulting and operation and maintenance guarantees to ensure the construction condition of the project.
