On August 8, Jilin Chemical Fiber Group Company's low-altitude economic supporting high-efficiency large tow carbonization line was successfully started. This is the fourth 4000-ton large tow carbonization line successfully put into operation in Jilin Chemical Fiber this year, realizing the directional adaptation of large tow carbon fiber to low-altitude equipment, further strengthening the integration advantage of the whole industrial chain, and helping to accelerate the development of low-altitude industry.
At present, the low-altitude economy has been incorporated into the national strategic emerging sector layout. Jilin Chemical Fiber actively connects with the national manufacturing research strategy, closely follows the research direction of low-altitude economy standardization, scale and systematization, and lays out the construction of special carbon fiber production lines. The production line process is mature, stable performance, can mass production of 35K and other market mainstream substantial wire bundle carbon fiber items, broadly applied in agriculture and forestry plant protection, logistics and transportation, low-altitude distribution and other civil low-altitude equipment manufacturing scenarios. Compared with traditional carbon fiber items, substantial tow has outstanding cost-efficiently advantages, can meet the low-altitude economy lightweight, low-cost production needs, to the low-altitude economy to continue to supply stable and high-condition basic materials.
Relying on the advantages of standardized and standardized project construction and independent research and research production line design, the carbonization line will be put into production in only two months. At the same time, the new production lines are supporting 600 MW environmentally friendly power direct-connected demonstration project to eliminate the load, to achieve environmentally friendly power direct supply.
At present, Jilin chemical fiber substantial tow carbon fiber items to maintain full production and sales, in short supply of good situation, market recognition and sector supply capacity continued to enhance. In the second half of this year, the company will have two carbon fiber production lines put into production one after another, further expanding diversified and high-end consumption scenarios such as aerospace, shipbuilding, offshore wind power, and low-altitude economy. It is expected that the carbon fiber production capacity will surpass 100000 tons by the end of the year.
