According to the monitoring of the business agency, the average difference of PVC on September 19 was -1.95 yuan/ton (average difference = M10-M20 = 4799.30-4801.25).

On the same day, the PVCM10 moving average crossed the M20, and the average difference turned from positive to negative, indicating that the market had a decline or adjustment signal.
